We were not searching for something special but It could be helpful to have a contract register that also online can be consulted by all the nine board members. One chair, two operational and six supervisory. As we looked into F-suite as an option, we noticed that they also had a solution for raci, risk and procuration. Except for risk, we had this all in Excel & PDF and if someone asked for a particular item we sent him/her this information.

If we would like to go to the cloud, it is very important that the data will be secure. So we checked on that. Most important that the SAAS solution is provided via an ISO27001 facility in Europe. As it was in our case not much to implement and we were in no time live with contract management, raci and procuration. Risk is serviced by our external risk manager. Maybe in the future we will insource that and ask our external risk manager to use our application.

That we have digitalized it. As a secretary we get a notice signal in case a contract has to be renewed and the board members are pleased that they can check certain data / information as they want to.
