To get a better picture of the organization the new CFO started drawing the most important processes. And also, who was responsible for these processes / activities / steps. As he used these drawings in discussions about improving the business, managers were asking if they could get a copy. A copy these managers could use to their employees.

With this chosen application he could set up his drawings in an application with the same look and feel. As its shows the same. And he could easily change processes and responsibilities. So, for himself a great tool to keep his raci schedules up to date and share them with others. The managers used them as well and if something had to be changed, they only had to start a change request workflow with a button. So, the system kept itself up to date.
